wii fit problem

bought the unit sometime in august but only now my kiddoes are trying it n it does not work.firstly the game does not read the disc that came with unit.plse help si-fu

well its brand new i bought it it july but nvr used it until now ....tried everyway possible...
but still no good...is there sumthing wrong...this game is the one thats bundled (ori) and the other inside is found cracked(cd)
