planning buying a psp

hi im a noob here planning to buy psp but seems psp2k price are going crazy(mod can pm me the price for psp2k and psp3k and what is with the whole package thanks)...is it posible that i buy psp 3k ori 1st...then wait until it can be crack?or is it abit risk that i buy the ori psp 3k might not be modify?please pros give me some answer thanks
