Xbox 360 arcade jasper avater missing,please help

hi got some problem here,yesterday just downloading saboteur which is wave 4 game then i patch it to wave 3..,then when i boot it ask to update the system.when done updating,my dashboard has no longer the avatar,the 2 themes also.,my console i bought at your store last year cannot play wave 4 game,it appears the white screen..,can i update the system update fall 09,to get my new dashboard back?

hmm,if i were not wrong..you need to update to lastest firmware name iXtreame 1.61 d...those dashboard and avatar will comes back to it...but i need to confirm at my shop whats your prob 1st...
